Great Coffe - no way to replace pod holder?!?!

I got this for my 88-year-old mother for Christmas and she loved it! but the very easily lost - and crucial - part that holds the pod is missing and I cannot find any way to get another one!!! I would recommend getting a different machine that offers these easily lost parts for sale separately.

I liked this coffee maker because of the color and size. I have it in a guest room. I use starbucks pods. The grounds get in interior of the unit during use including in the water reservoir. It have to clean it out each time and I would not recommend or purchase again.
