The Black Crock collect a Nasty Residue!!!

The Black Crock collect a Nasty Residue!!! And I don't like it or the way it looks, performs or works. From the first time I used it. I always clean it and the residue just continues to collect on the inside of the crock... It seemingly goes away when its wet but as soon as it dries, the residue shows itself. Yuck. I would like a refund!

I bought this in January 2025 and have used this multiple times a week for dinners! I absolutely love it. I went through many slow cookers prior but the quality on this one is unmatched. You need to buy it.

I needed a new crockpot and never heard of the Bella brand but I decided to buy! Best decision I did because I absolutely love this crockpot! It heats up well and the food cooks evenly! I love the modern design of it and now I ordered the toaster. Highly recommend

Knob keeps coming off

Handle keeps coming off. This is a major flaw. The outside is a dark plum color, and the pot is eggplant color. Nothing wrong with that. However, the issue with the turn knob repeatedly coming off is a major problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
