No longer working??

It’s been four months and the toaster does not stay down when I turn the nozzle down to toast. I have to hold the handle down for it to toast. It’s horrible now because I love this toaster now it’s not working.

Space Saving

This toaster is so slim and saves so much space on the counter! I love the color!! The darkness settings are very accurate as well!! The only negative is there is a little bit of an odor during the first few uses, but I assume it is because it is new!
