Broken before first use

Bought it yesterday, set it up, ran a clean cycle, and now it won't work at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My new Brilliant VersaBrew Coffee System!

I am very happy with my new brilliant and Versa Coffee Brewing System, which is an elegant space-saving thin design and a Chic Oatmilk hue tone. The whole system provides me options with K-pod brewing, fresh grounds single brewing, a whole carafe, a single cup, even iced coffee and more! And I can even brew tea in it as an added bonus! As a coffee/tea connosieur, my new brewing system will also save me $$$, rather than getting coffee out. It brews so very mouth-watering and delectable! I have now brewed my k-pod cup, regular coffee and iced coffee, all amazing. I am particularly enjoying making my own delicious iced coffee and brewing single k-pods; features I had not had previously in my home. Thank you Bella for another wonderful product at an affordable price point.
I would like to add more Bella kitchen products in my Bella Oatmilk collection.

I bought this 2 in 1 coffee maker 2wks ago and love it! I can make a whole pot or use a pod or regular coffee. I would highly recommend this wonderful machine.

beautiful look but an accessory isn’t working

eaytiful machine.Love the water holding tank so I don’t have to fill the reservior with every brew. Just having difficulty with too many grounds ending up in my cup because the single-cup filter lid keeps popping open during brewing. not sure what to do yet to resolve it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Everything about this machine is great from the look to the way it brews coffee. the machine is made from high quality materials and take up a lot less romm than other machines of similar cpabaility.

I've had my VersaBrew for several weeks and have used it on a daily basis. It is very easy to use, fills your cup to the brim with a wonderful brew, and performs exactly as is it supposed to. No issues with this product and I would definitely recommend it.
