[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy crockpot cooking because you can set it and forget it for a while. This crockpot cooks extremely well; however, maybe a little too well because it cooks really fast. When the crockpot is in use the outside of the crockpot gets hot as well, even the handles in the sides. I like that there is a place to store the cord on the bottom. It has 4 different time settings as well as a setting for warming. However, be careful with the warm setting because it can burn your food. Clean up is a breeze with either using crockpot liners or I putting it on the top rack of my dishwasher.

It’s perfect for preparing family meals because it is programmable and both the removable pot and cover are dishwasher safe. The 6 quart capacity is just the right size for making a big batch of soup, a large pot roast, or even a whole chicken. Great for those that like to prepare ahead with 4 different program settings that ensure the right temperature and cooking time. The simple design and neutral color allows it to blend in with most kitchen decors.
