I have serval of your iteams and so far I’m in love with them! It’s small n easy to use however I can’t figure out how to adjust the temp on here I press the minus n plus n nothing is happening ?

I would like to confirm the color of my product. In the display photos, it appears white or even a cream color, but in person it looks much darker. Can you help me with this?

I like it, the color works. I think the instructions could be better. Not sure how to preheat and it doesn’t tell you. Have to play with it before I can say Love it!
