Bought brand new and missing the warming tray.

I’m sure the griddle works fine and I was excited to use it but now I’m either going to have to return it or wait for the manufacturer to send the warming tray. It was the main reason I chose this model so I could host people over and not use up space in my oven or waste the electricity.

Just purchased and Used one time so far…

+ Easy to wipe down the griddle and wash the grease trap.
- The warming tray is smaller than I expected, it is about 6 inches wide and 10 or 12 inches long, and is a hard plastic.
+ it’s griddle is ceramic toped and is easily cleaned though tiny bits of food can drop between the handle area and the griddle, particles can be pushed out with a toothpick but other than that it’s a difficult area to clean.
- except for the griddle piece itself, everything else is a hard plastic.
- the cord has a very nice Velcro piece on it to help minimize the cord length, but the length of the cord is about two feet at most.
+ Because of the hard plastic it is relatively light to handle.
Overall, it’s a good product and we will enjoy using this griddle and it was a very GOOD price!
