The outside of the unit gets extremely hot. Perhaps too hot I thought it was melted to the ceramic insert. I only made chicken in it, so far it cooked well

Great Slow Cooker

I received this as a Christmas gift and have been using it weekly since I have a busy schedule. It's very easy to use, cooks the food well, and fits a good amount in it. I also love the color (Oatmilk)!
