It’s a very nice griddle

I love the color, the look of the griddle, and how it folds. But I notice one side gets hotter than the other and cooks quicker. It’s likely designed that way but also I’m glad that it is an easy non stick surface so cleaning isn’t too difficult but I’m not exactly happy with everything. I wish you could remove the griddle to clean and that it had a grill side but oh well.
