Best Griddle Ever!

I got the duel temp control folding griddle. I was a bit skeptical at first, but WOW!!!! It heated up very quickly, like in roughly a min on both sides up to 350 (but does go up to 400). A con is the surface area isn't as large as a traditional griddle. In saying that, this one heats up evenly across the whole surface area. It made PERFECT crisp edges on my pancakes but not burnt at all. I also made fried eggs on it. Talk about the BEST fried eggs!!! It cooked just a good if not better than on my cast iron pan (mainly because I could control the exact temp). The fried eggs had a PERFECT slightly crisp edge (I did use a TINY bit of butter, but honestly isn't needed due to the actual surface of the griddle) and the yolk was a nice warm creamy inside. Talk about HIGHLY impressed!!!! This griddle, even with the smaller cooking area, is my FAVORATE griddle I've owned! And yes, I have gone through QUITE a few griddle over the past 25 years and this one is DEFINITELY a keeper!!!

Pain to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great non-stick surface, great idea but if the plates were removable it would be a lot easier to use. It heated up fast and while cooking an egg scramble probably wasn’t the smartest due to the drip slots it did work with some effort. I will try something that isn’t as messy but due to the pain of cleaning I probably won’t be using it too often.
