I love the versatility of this product. I’m not adding water every day and I can do a single cup or I can do 12 cups. It was a great purchase. Love the plum color.

Great little machine...at first. A few months in, it seems to get confused whether it's making a cup or a carafe, despite the correct buttons being activated. This makes for wasted coffee which stinks. Also, it's hard to read the writing on the machine itself because it is white on very very light green.

The machine is a hit and miss but mostly miss takes about 10 try’s for lights to stop flashing and for it to completely fill a cup. It will fill and oz and runs off and you have to start all over

This was a gift and every time it takes about 10 plus tries to get it to stay on to work. Single use has never worked. Touch button acts like it's gonna make a pot of coffee then they all blink and cuts off.
