I wish there was a 14-16 oz single brew option and the single serve basket was bigger. I like a strong cup of coffee and I can't fit my 2 scoops in the single serve basket provided. I've always had Bella's single serve coffee makers. You also can't get a travel mug size single serve brewed. I've grown accustomed to your other single serve coffee makers, but needed an option for when I have company.
Otherwise, an excellent product (as usual) and very innovative! Great color!

So far it makes a pretty good cup of coffee. I haven't had any issues but I also haven't tried to use the single use for K-Cups yet.

The machine is making alot of noise when it is brewing, takes two runs to get 6 cups of coffee.
We are hoping we got a lemon and would like a replacement. Also when the brewing is finished all buttons light up and flash
