The pink is ugly but it's a functional product. My only complaint is I wish I could make larger single serve coffees

It makes a loud whistling noise and doesn't empty the water basin into the cup. Only had it since January

Great coffee maker!

I love that I can use ground or k cups. I can use the carafe when brewing for family and friends. Or I can use the single serve for just myself. Also, the fact that I can brew over ice!? Love it.

Love that this is compact for how much it offers! Also love that we can not only do regular carafe of coffee but that we can do singles (including K cups!) only thing we wish it had was a way to program coffee in advance but not a big deal!

Zero stars … but I had to pick 1. Very symbolic of the 1 pot of coffee I made with it before it quit working. Won’t even turn on. Bought on sale for back-up appliance, needed it and was able to use it 1 time and now it’s garbage. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT! Very disappointing.
