We consistently have brewing problems with this product and does not make strong coffee.

I like this coffee machine , but I wish there were clearer instructions. I also thought it made espresso but it’s okay. The buttons are confusing but that’s fine.

Love the functions and coffee is extremely hot right after making but when I go to pour my second round, the coffee has cooled down considerably. By sitting on the burner longer, it should get hotter. Not sure what’s going on with it. Otherwise I love it but just wish the coffee stayed hot . And yes, light is still on so power is still on.

Barely works

I thought it would be a wonderful and less crowded means af having a multi brew option machine, and it looks great. But the amount of noise and unpredictability of whether or not it’s going to actually work is another question. The pump seems to be faulty and not work correctly at all so I never know if it’ll be a full cup or a few dribbles in my cup. Awful product quality overall.
