Terribly disappointed

Purchased item in mid June 2025 and from the beginning I have had trouble with the air fryer cutting off mid use and displaying a message of “E2” on the display screen but I continued using sparingly and unplugging and plugging back in when error messages showed but approximately 5 days ago I opened the basket to place food inside to cook and I found small screws with what looked to be melted black plastic on them inside the food basket and the fan making a horrible noise. Please advise, as at this time I am completely stressed and dissatisfied with this product.
