The problem is you advertise auto off and it does not turn off. Automatically also does not beep very loud when it's done. I do not like that part. It should be louder so I can hear it. I don't have to be next to it when it beeps also when you advertise auto off, it should be auto off

It doesn’t work. It started steaming for a moment and then won’t heat back up again even when water is added and the switch is turned on. Eggs were raw.

I’m a perfectionist so I don’t like that the metal plate has a stain on it, but other then it works great I love it.

Most convenient useful, and easy to store small appliance ever. I especially like soft boiled eggs and hate trying to get them just right stove top. Now it’s easy peasy.

I purchased this item a few months ago and it is already broken and no longer operational.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
