I just bought and used next day. My waffles look perfect! I love the look and the simple usability. Even the nonstick plates have a pretty sparkle finish to them.

Great product for the money

Works great, waffles release easily with no sticking. Be sure not to use any cooking sprays or oils.
Yes the appliance gets hot, what did you expect??? Not an issue for me, the handle at the top, the one you use to open & close it stayed cool enough to touch (not really a handle, not sure what to call it).

This product doesn’t cook the complete waffle there is one area that doesn’t form correctly after trying many times it continues to not form a complete waffle in one area of the machine tha waffles are not crisp

This product is very durable and the use of it is fool-proof. A great suggestion would be to include a cleaning apparatus or a small brush that is designed to navigate around each ridge after using it.
