I like the design to flip over and to store upright, how ever the knob to lock the maker in the upright position for storage does not work

Flip & Store Waffle Maker

Not sure why the product name in the registration doesn't match. Hope it's still covered under the warranty. Just got done with the first batch, don't overfill as I did with the last 1/8 cup of remainder, it ended up on the counter. Very nice, but make sure to room for flipping it to the other side on your counter.
