I used it one time and the second time the coffee Handel got stock unable to use it trying to figure out how to return it

Grind coffee maker

The coffee maker is easy and convenient to make coffee. However, cleaning the coffee basket is a chore because I have to use a lot of water to rinse it out thoroughly. And also, the coffee basket has developed a leak such that grinds pass through the leak and a few get in my coffee. I wish there was a more convenient way to clean the coffee grind cup, or maybe have one that just has a paper filter would make it a lot easier.
