Is it broken ?

I just got it three days ago have only made 4 cups of coffee and it's taking forever to brew. When the light turns off to show it's done brewing, it keeps brewing. This last time I tried making a coffee it won't even turn on

Poor quality

I really liked the design and style of this coffee pot. However the quality i poor and my unit ending up failing at 2 months of purchase. I am dissapointed in this model and craftsmanship.
