Is it broken ?

I just got it three days ago have only made 4 cups of coffee and it's taking forever to brew. When the light turns off to show it's done brewing, it keeps brewing. This last time I tried making a coffee it won't even turn on

The product first caught my eye for its color palette (I’ve got a few others in the oat milk line). But after a few uses, I realized I enjoy how easy it is to use above anything else. Simple functions, simple design, BIG IMPACT on my morning routine.
