HARD TO OPERATE AND TURNED ON BY ITSELF

The On/Off button very difficult to operate..there should be a button to just turn on and off ....Also the single serve grind filter is tooo small to put coffee....had to reduce from 14 to 12 ounces to get a decent flavor of coffee. .YES..I read and followed all the instructions....the machine would not turn off ..had to unplug.... also after unplugging the warmer came on without me knowing ....i pressed the flashing brew button but to no avial..i.bought yesterday 11/29/2025 and returning today 11/30/2025....

Awkward and cheap design

Just opened and did a couple trials brews. The single serve cup holder is wobbly and does t stay in place and doesn’t work with a Yeti travel mug.
The lid for the water fill for the carafe side does not stay up when filling requiring you to hold the lid with one hand while pouring with the other.
The insert for the single brew filter and pods is janky and poorly designed. Really wish I wouldn’t have pulled it out of the box and just returned it.

I’m trying to read the directions in the book about how to program it please make the writing a little bigger. I cannot read it without a magnifying glass. I’m confused with the on off button and if it’s supposed to be blinking when I turn it on or off the same button for on and off is confusing.

Plug the power cord into the outlet, the LED display will show “AM 12:00” flashing. If you want to adjust the coffee strength, press the PROG button for 3 seconds. The indicator in the LED display will illuminate. Press the BREW/OFF button and the coffee maker will brew strong coffee. 6. Press BREW/OFF button. The BREW/OFF indicator light will illuminate, and the coffee maker will begin brewing. 7. 8. 9. The brewing process can be interrupted by pressing the BREW/OFF button at any time. The corresponding indicator light and the BREW/OFF indicator light will turn off, indicating that the coffee maker is off.
