I just started using this new coffee maker and so far I am loving it! My life is very busy and I love that I can program it the night before and grab a cup of coffee when I first wake up. And the coffee is delicious!

Only two things I would change - the lid on the carafe makes it difficult to fill from the water dispenser on the fridge, and the cover over the grind portion of the reservoir - on a 'normal' size counter top, it doesn't let you open it fully before hitting the cupboard above & will sometime slap closed while filling up with fresh water.
