Temperature Seems Off

Hi! The product is gorgeous and everything, but I have been cooking something on high for a couple hours now and the food inside feels lukewarm and the meat doesn’t look like it is cooking.

Bella 6 QT Slow Cooker

I used it for the first time and my roast and veggies were wonderful. The warming selection really did keep the food warm. I had a slow cooker in the past that a much heavier glass lid and I worried about the weight of the Bella lid, but it was great at keeping in the heat and liquids. I’m still working on the best way to wind the cord on the bottom.

I love the color so far. The lid is a bit lose. Packaging to protect it was amazing! Cooking my first dinner right after I followed instructions let see if it's yummy
