Now that your company has graciously sent me a replacement peeling blade (THANK YOU!), this makes peeling lots of potatoes and apples a breeze. My veggie lasagna is even more of a hit now that I can add layers of zucchini ribbons. Thanks for a great product, KitchenAid! I can always count on you and on your excellent customer service!
