Getting healthier made easier

Quick, easy, minimum of fuss and mess. Easy to set up and clean.
Multiple blades and is sharp, effective and does what it is supposed to do.
Makes preparation and utilising product to make getting healthier easier.

Seemed like a great idea, but still trying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll start by saying I really wanted to like this gadget.. I bought this for my wife who was really keen to use it for peeling and spiralling apples for making Apple Pie. She had a few issues getting it working properly and it seem to peel ok for the first 3/4 of the apple - but the last 1/4 didnt peel properly and just snapped off without peeling properly. Worked ok for the middle section of the apple but wasted a fair amount. I guess its useful for doing large quantities but with all the fiddling around it may not really save much time compared to just using the knife. I tried it too and found similar issues. Maybe it works better with other vegetables or fruit, but its pretty expensive for the value we've seen so far. Build quality, the selection of different blades etc and the case are all great, just haven't been able to justify the value against the price yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love to bake (and eat) apple pie. Peeling lots of apples, not liking so much. Wasn't sure the Kitchenaid Spiraliser was the way to go, but it was! Peels apples like a dream. Yet to actually use it to spiral anything that's next!
