Great For Coring/Peeling/Slicing Apples

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this because I was facing having to peel, core and slice over 8 pounds of apples for a massive baking project for a friend who was hosting an RV camping & New Year's Eve bash. It was a life saver - well actually, a hand saver. I have a manual apple corer/peeler/slicer but knew it would take me forever to do that many apples.

Loved it until it wasn't preforming well

Absolutely love this spiralizer. Used it multiple times but the most recent use I had issues with the blade connecting with the grooves and cutting my zucchini. Disappointed with the amount of money I have spent on this attachment and how it is not working properly. Purchased in Aug 2018.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointing spiralizer

Perfect for slicing or spiralizing apples but that’s it. Can’t handle zucchini or sweet potatoes without spinning & falling off the nail regardless of how fresh. A lot of money to just peel apples!! I strongly suggest to KA, a larger nail would better grip vegetables. I would not recommend & I’m a 35yr KA user & fan.

Really fun to use

Minutes and a few thrown away zucchini before you get the hang of it, but then perfectly spiralizer vegetables! Only downside is it doesn’t spiralizer all the way to the end of the vegetable so you have a thick chunk that is left over.
I would recommend this to a friend!
