[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this for spiralizing zucchini and coring and slicing apples. I've only had it about a month, so not alot of time to try it out yet. The only thing keeping me from giving this 5 stars is those blasted plastic parts on it should be swapped out for metal. Metal that would hold up to the work it would get without bending it, not some flimsy tin-can type. This would be beneficial on the "pin" that holds the item to be spiralized/peeled/sliced. I'm thinking hard plastic won't hold up, a steel pin would. I'm only giving it 4 stars in the "Quality" part of the review too because of this.

Not at all happy with this product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this for a Christmas gift and was so excited to try it. Unfortunately, the fine spiralizer and the peeler just don't work. Also, seems like a lot of waste trying to get the pieces the correct size to even fit the spiralizer. Sometimes I have okay luck with the medium spiralizer blade but most of the time the "spit" that holds the zucchini spins and burrows into the end. Maybe its me and I just cant figure this thing out for the life of me but, for the most part i can figure anything out especially kitchen hardware.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works great on soft produce.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace a plastic stand-alone spiralizer that had not held up well with use. I like that this has a number of blades and it works really well on softer produce like zucchini, onions, and apples, but it does not work well on harder produce like sweet potatoes.

Needs improvement on the skewer part of the spiralizer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the Spiralizer attachment for our KitchenAid mixer. But we did have a failure of the unit. The fruit and veggie skewer is made of plastic and steel and has broken within two months of use. The skewer pulled loose from the plastic base rendering the attachment useless. KitchenAid was quick to replace the defective part. I think this part should be made of all steel instead of plastic with an expected failure rate on the part. Beside this one issue the product works great. We use it weekly to peel apples and make zucchini noodles for different recipes.

Great concept

I love the concert of the variety of ways to cut and spiral foods. Works amazing on potatoes and apples but difficult to use on softer centered vegetables like zucchini. The pin to hold the vegetables quickly starts spinning inside and no longer holds a grip. These soft center vegetables are not as easy as the videos show.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
