Chintzy Plastic that bends

This product is not worth the money. The blade bent on the first use because it’s connected with plastic, as is the piece to which the fruit is affixed. The vegetables don’t stay affixed to it bc the small blades are, again, plastic. We followed directions and this was a huge disappointment.

Beware - flawed engineering

The vegetable holder - the 2" diameter pronged black plastic part that grips the vegetable to drive it through the blade - is way too small to grip anything but the smallest zucchini. Most of the medium and larger zucchinis from your garden will strip the grip as you try to spiralize them. Also the metal cylinder that protrudes from the center blade to try and keep the vegetable centered as it turns is to short to do its job - most of the zuchinis you try to spiralize will immediately pull off center as you start - preventing you from getting long noodles, or cause the other gripped end of the zucchini to strip its grip on the short prongs.

Not worth it

I have used this for peeling apples & making zucchini noodles. Takes too much of the peel off apple. Lots of waste and turns end time mush. Zucchini must be small. If larger, just pushes a hole into zucchini and does not spiralize. Have to physically push blade along. Lots of waste - loose the last inch of zucchini. Sad it doesn’t work for me.

sing pabjMost used attachment in my Kitchen

I bought the 7 blade version last Christmas and it was one of the best purchases I've made for the kitchen. I've spiralized carrots, beets, yellow crooked neck squash and tons of zucchini which is our favorite go to meal. Zucchini noodles topped with Rao's Homemade Mushroom and Sausage sauce, a scoop of whole milk Ricotta and a dusting of fresh Parmesan makes a quick, satisfying and healthy dinner that we enjoy on a weekly basis. It's easy to use this attachment after the first few uses in which you figure out which side goes up and how long to cut the zucchini. There is some waste but you can either add that to the pan or throw it in the composter. I couldn't be happier with this attachment!

Not for Carolina zucchini

Bought this for my zucchini and ours are just too large for this, it turns them to mush. Smaller zucchini half with stem works other side turns to mush. I have tried several times and very sad this just does not work for my zucchini

Nope didn't work well for me

I tried the spiralizer on zucchini and on apples. Did not spiralize at all and just smashes whatever is on it. I thought I was doing something wrong but followed directions precisely, even had my husband try it too. Unfortunately I waited too long for store return so it just sits in its box in the pantry, useless.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried hand spiralizing zucchini and using a larger kitchen counter manual spiralizer. This spiralizes in seconds. It's a breeze to set up.
