I bought this just before Christmas and love using it. My only issue is that the inside of the jug is very scratched already. I make a lot of smoothies in it and use frozen fruit. I don't crush ice in it. I wouldn't have thought it would scratch this quickly. I have written to the company with pictures and am waiting for a response.

We’ve had a few other blenders in the past and they’ve always given us issues. I bought this on boxing day and have been using it daily since. Does its job perfectly. I just chuck it in the dishwasher after use. Easy peasy! Initially, I was planning to get this in dried rose to match my stand mixer but the colour wasn’t available. Anyway, still happy with my purchase and I haven’t had any issues so far. I love it!
