Powerful Cordless Chopper!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not a stranger to food choppers. I have used manual choppers with a crank and a string pull. This KitchenAid Go Cordless Food Chopper replaced my plug-in food chopper. I couldn’t be happier with how it functions.
I noticed incredible power right off the bat. Simple to take off the base and change the blade. Washing in the dishwasher was a breeze. It takes up barely any space in my cabinet.
This cordless chopper is not a vegetable slicer, whisk, or smoothie maker. It simply chops, purées, and/or whips. This cute but mighty little kitchen tool is for you if you hate prepping diced veggies like a mirepoix, blending a guacamole, tapenade, or pesto. This will make your life so much easier!
The “KitchenAid Go” 12v max USB charging battery attachment (not included) easily charges with any USB cord, and the dots indicate when it is fully charged. I was excited to be able to use the battery for my kitchenaid immersion hand blender, but unfortunately the cordless go model is not compatible with their older cordless line that charges with the adapter. On the plus side, this new 12v battery will last you up to 60 minutes of continuous. I wish kitchenaid made it simpler and interchangeable with their cordless line. So make sure you have the right model. Other than that i am very happy with my chopper and would recommend!

Not ideal to have a dead battery

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay so to start with, when the battery is fully charged, this thing is amazing. Does a great job chopping and doing what a food processor is supposed to do. When the battery starts going out, well, the processor stops working as great. And when the battery is dead, well, so is meal prep. Less than ideal to have a dead battery. The battery life is decent, don't get me wrong. But when you forget to charge it, you are out of luck. The processors is pretty easy and straightforward to use though. Just not sure this was something that needed the cordless treatment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

But I wanted to make sure people knew how great this product is. I really love it. We go camping a lot and all of the cooking is out side witch makes this perfect for all of that outside cooking. Cordless and batteries it works great and the quality is excellent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got this cordless food chopper and it is really cool. The blades are very sharp and do a great job of cutting food (or liquids) quickly and easily. The unit overall is light weight and easy to use. When in use there is some noise, but the overall volume is not bad at all. I really like this food chopper and it definitely helps when making fresh dips on the go.

Nice portable food chopper

We camp a lot and it is really convenient to have a portable food chopper for making a quick batch of salsa or chopping up vegetables for scrambled eggs in the morning. I even use it at home and don't have to haul out my big food processor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect size for our small family. We have used it for making aioli, salsa, tapenade and pestos. So convenient. The compact size makes it easy to store away when not in use. More useful to me than the full size processor that is a hassle to get in and out of storage. It is powerful enough for nuts, onions and garlic. No complaints. It’s not particularly loud. 2 speeds and holds up to 5 C. Easy to wash by hand, even though it says it’s dishwasher safe. Battery life has been excellent. Rechargeable. Useful when traveling if you are doing the RV life. I have yet to be disappointed in a Kitchen Aid product and this chopper is no different.
