It's so convenient to not need to plug it in and you can use it anywhere. It's very powerful and works great. I love that you can use the same battery on multiple other appliances.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this Kitchen Aid Go Cordless Food Chopper. It has my vegetables cut up in no time at all. I love that it also works with the removable battery, genius. It holds up to 5 cups or 1.18 liters. It has 2 speed settings to chop, mix or even puree. It has a 12V Max Lithium Ion Battery that provides the power to tackle tough talks. I highly recommend it.

Convenient, and so easily portable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how this works. The rechargeable battery is great, and lasts weeks, for me. I wish the battery was on the bottom, like a saucer-- the charger hanging off the back can make it tipsy sometimes. It works well and makes great mayo in small batches.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This portable food chopper from Kitchenaid is such a handy cooking tool. I love its smaller size. The 5 cup bowl is perfect for our small family (3 people) since we don’t often need to be making huge quantities of food. This is both lightweight and it has a small footprint so it’s easy to stash away in the pantry or cabinets when not in use. The battery pack is easy to plug in and it charges pretty quickly. I like that it’s usb-C so it’s a more universal port instead of needing a specific cord just for this. Plus, the indicator lights on the battery make it easy to tell how much juice it’s got left. It has stayed charged through multiple meals, so it seems like it doesn’t lose power too quickly, either. I thought this did a great job of chopping food, though since the blades are only toward the bottom I did have to do some things in a few batches, otherwise unchopped parts would get stuck at the top. I think the build quality is super nice and what I’d expect from a Kitchenaid product, and the matte black color is a classic, stylish choice.

Powerful & convenient, but with a couple of flaws

It's larger than other small form choppers and was able to handle chopping a 28 oz canned of peeled tomatoes very easily. It comes with a blade as well as a frothing attachment. Using a battery makes it very convenient since you can move it around and not have to worry about being near an outlet. Unfortunately, it only works on the battery so if the battery runs out in the middle of the task, you can't plug it in and keep going, you have to stop and charge the battery. And that's the other flaw - you have to remove the battery to charge it. If they could find a way to charge the battery without having to remove it as well as option to plug it in, this would be pretty much the perfect chopper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a handy device that allowed me to make pesto quickly. I liked that the machine processed fresh basil leaves quickly and thoroughly. Clean up was easy because its made to withstand being washed in a dish washer. Despite my heavy use of olive oil, it came out clean. I especially like that the rechargeable battery pack tells me its charged by using display lights. The quick start guide is nice, but instructions are a little vague. I love the recipe book that gives me ideas for a meal.

Very Convenient Chopper!

It is very convenient for me, as I am someone that spends a lot of time in the kitchen. I love that it is cordless. I have been able to move it to wherever I need it, which has been a game changer. It is very easy to charge, as well. This appliance has saved me a lot of time. I have recently switched over to a Vegan diet, and so much of my time is taken up by chopping vegetables. With this machine, I have gotten some of my time back. I still have to cut my veggies into smaller chunks, but the machine takes care of the rest. I like that I am able to control how finely things are chopped with just the push of a button. Overall, I would definitely recommend this food chopper. It is of great quality and works perfectly for my purposes. KitchenAid never disappoints!
