Unfortunately it’s new but jug already leaks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Already some minor leaks at base of jug although the blender is only a month old. Blender performs well although it was only purchased to make smoothies which it seems to do very well. Dial feels quite flimsy. Self cleaning feature useful but still needs dishwasher. Complexity of lid design makes drying it tedious. Would like to see a plastic cover provided for the exposed drive mechanism area at top of base for when stored on kitchen bench. Would also be useful for the metric and imperial measuring lines on the jug (which are not very distinct) to be on the same side of the jug.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the K400 VARIABLE SPEED BLENDER KSB4027 - ONYX BLACK last month and it has been absolutely unbelievable. I’ve got a stand mixer so had the highest expectations for this product but it has exceeded it. I love the product settings (smoothie, ice, self clean) and find it very easy to use and keep clean. The black is also very aesthetic to look at on my bench.

The quality and weight of the blender is very apparent from first unboxing the unit - plus it looks stunning on my kitchen bench ! I make a lot of soups, and this is the only blender that I have used so far that blends all ingredients (warm or cold) into a beautiful soup. Also, the motor is very powerful. Can highly recommend !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to make smoothies and to blend up my soups easily, and it has surpassed expectations I have also been using it for making slushies it wizzes up ice cubes with ease and turns them into snow. I truly love this product. Plus I picked the colour that matched my mixer, the blender also looks very aesthetic.
