Beautiful but heavy

Looking forward to using this, especially ability to use in the microwave. Be aware of 2 issues before purchasing. Base is difficult to set in the mixer, although not a major concern. Biggest issue is the weight. Tried to discover through Chat before purchasing. Only thing agent could say was "7." Nothing else was available to the agent - didn't know 7 what. So here's the weight for those considering it. 69.5 oz or 4 pounds 5.4 oz. Wanted to share for others who tried to find out and couldn't. Glad I bought it, but weight compared to metal included with mixer is dramatic and will limit the use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you have a KitchenAid Mixer - go get yourself this bowl. Do not pass Go. Do no collect $200. Just go get it. You will not regret it! It is so pretty. Great for baking. Easy to clean. Dishwasher, microwave and oven safe. What is not to love??? Highly, highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bowl is wonderful! The sides are a little higher so its much easier mixing buttercream without confectioners sugar flying everywhere. Its is HEAVY though so please keep that in mind before purchasing. If the weight is not an issue you will love it

We don't even use it for our kitchen aid mixer, we just use it as a regular manual mixing bowl. We got the white one and it looks great. Love having the handle on the size to pick up with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this extra bowl for my mixer. It looks great on my mixer, and I love the way you can buy different bowls to change the look of your mixer.
This is a very sturdy bowl, so I don't have to worry about it breaking. It goes in the oven, microwave and can be washed in the dish washer. I live having an extra bowl when mixing and baking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I keep my Kitchen Aid mixer on my counter and my new white 5 quart ceramic bowl classes it up!! I can put it in the freezer, the dishwasher, the microwave and the oven when needed. Best of all I love the handle that makes it so easy when pouring out batter. It also comes with a 5 year no chip warranty and resists staining!!
