The container broke

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The container broke, took maybe a year or 2. Then I called because yay know the warranty but the person I spoke to wasn’t too helpful. So that’s that. I had another KA blender and it stopped working in about 2 yrs. Had to throw it out. I am sticking with vitamix!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's pretty, but not good for certain things

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine is incredibly nice, well built and we love having it in display in our kitchen.
However, the main problem is when making small batches or not liquid enough recipes. Due to the size of the blades and the distance between the bottom of the container and the blades, the food gets stacked at the bottom and sides, without the blades touching it while spinning, which becomes pointless.
I bought the smaller container option just to see it was better, but same issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fantastic Upgrade!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this blender for a few weeks, I bought it with 2 blender cups and I highly recommend doing this if your a regular protein shake or smoothie drinker. I had a lower grade kitchenaid blender am that I loved before I decided to upgrade and I'm so glad I did. I love everything about this blender. Everything comes out so smooth, no chunks even when adding oat flour to a protein shake. I turn it to the shake setting and can walk away because it finishes on its own. I'd highly recommend this blender to everyone. Great purchase 👌 and addition to my kitchen.

Way overrated than i tought

Not a bad blender -

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave it a 4 because of the power button - this is a little too complicated and it can be frustrating when you are using it, the power does not come on to blend your food. I understand this might be a safety feature but it can be a little simpler.

Beautiful Design

It took me awhile to decide if I liked my color choice but now am in love with the way it looks on my counter. So far, I've made avocado hummus, two smoothies, and a frozen margarita. The presets are great for smoothies and frozen drinks. I did find some small chunks of ice in my drink and I don't think I've quite mastered the hummus technique but overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase.
