If it only worked as good as it looks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the 4 slot toaster and it is severely lacking output in the heating elements to adequately toast the slices of bread. At the darkest setting bread in left most slot was barely toasted on left side and lightly toasted on right side (very unevenly toasted across the slice). The two middle slots toast was toasted to a medium/light level and again very uneven across the slices. The right most slot was barely toasted on the right side and lightly toasted on left side (very unevenly toasted across the slice). Return the toaster for a replacement and it performed exactly the same as the previous toaster. Returned the second toaster for refund.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have only used this toaster twice. I hate it! It doesn't toast and it's not returnable

Get a KitchenAid 4 slice toaster and get a little

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This KitchenAid 4 slice toaster really is a pretty toaster. It comes in red as well as the stainless steel. It has 4 slots and can accommodate a variety of sizes in breads and bagels etc. There is a feature that you can select for the bagels to just toast the inside just like all the major chain restaurants do. The various settings for the darkness of your breads is great because everyone likes their stuff a different way. Easy clean up for the crumbs that accumulate at the bottom. If you flip the toaster around there are 2 separate black slits with a hand with a finger pointing on it. You just push in they pop out and you can empty and clean it. Everything was great that we made and it’s a wonderful addition to our countertop.

Wonderful toaster

This is a great brand for appliances, and I'n only more convinced of that now. This toasts super evenly, and it looks really nice on the counter. I would purchase this.

Love this toaster

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The display light front works great for me whether the lights in the kitchen are on or off. (Took a pic of both for reference). The only time it was a little harder to see is if it’s right underneath our under cabinet lights but even then it wasn’t bad.
-We love the countdown feature but sometimes the kids get confused and think they selected the level 6 toasting since the timer starts at the top and I have to remind them that it’s just the timer.
-The quick peek and extra 30 sec toasting are also awesome features. I took pics of levels 2,3 and 4 toasting. It toasted evenly on each side. Occasionally I’ll toast it for 30 seconds more. Levels 3-4 are the ideal doneness for us.

The Kitchen Aide 4 Slice Toaster is very versatile. There are different settings you can choose depending on what bread you are using. The durability of Kitchen Aide is name brand you trust that will last for years. Cleaning is made easy for you. There is a pull out tray to catch all the bread crumbs so you can easily throw them away. Just wipe down the catch tray and dry it good and put it back it place. Get your toast or bread as brown as you want with the efficient lever on darkness. Safety is always important. Kitchen Aide 4 Slice Toaster will not work if the heating element inside is still too hot. So, there is no back to back toasting to rush things, but it does cool quickly. .
