Great Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am enjoying using this cordless hand-held blender in my kitchen everyday. I like the convince of charging the battery. The blender certainly seems good quality.
1 star is off because you have to press the lock/safety button and the start button together to make it work, which is a bit of a hassle. I am not sure if I should call it a design flaw as you have to use both hands.

Great tool, easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's very easy to put together, but a bit difficult to clean. While I'm not in love with having to hold down the safety button to keep it working, I do really appreciate pushing harder blends faster, and overall, it's a great tool.

Cordless stick blender

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the fact that the blender is powerful enough and I don’t have to worry about messing about with cords on the stovetop. But the fit of the plastic pot guard could be better as it came off whilst I was blending the soup in the pot. I reattached when I could see the pot guard off the blender but I didn’t realise that the blender had chipped off a bit of the plastic into my soup. I’ll be more careful or just won’t use the blender on stainless steel pots only in the future

One is not working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this and the chopper with battery at the same time, but this is not working with the battery i used for the chopper which is working.
Not sure what is wrong. I tried to contact the support team, but hard to find the model number,( I needed for online enquiry form) I tried MOD and the Serial number on the product, but it says that its not right.
I like the power of the chopper but I couldn't try this....

Easy to use and convenient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I have bought 4 of the cordless go collections, but this one is my favourite so far, it made ever easier being cordless, the most i love when using it, is making gravy, no more lumpy gravy with this cordless go hand blender, and also less mess. Definitely recommend this item, i even bought for someone as a gift.

It looks fabulous and actually does the work with no cords, no drama, and no existential sighing while hunting for a power point - just grab, blend, and feel vaguely smug about it!
