Great performance but pitcher leaks

I have always trusted KitchenAid because of its reputation for making quality appliances. My blender was a Christmas gift, and I was very impressed with how well it performed. It is powerful, blends smoothly, and works much better than several other brands I have used in the past.
However, I am disappointed that after only a few months of normal use, the pitcher started leaking from the base. This is a significant issue that makes the blender difficult to use and creates a mess every time I blend something.
Considering the price of KitchenAid products, I expected better durability and quality. When you invest in a premium appliance, you expect it to last much longer without major problems. While I still appreciate the blender’s performance, I am disappointed by this defect and hope KitchenAid will stand behind its products and provide a solution.
I’d give it a positive but honest tone: praising how well it works while expressing disappointment about the leaking issue.
