Another great Kitchen Aid product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this electric kettle! I have never owned an electric kettle before so I don’t really have this to compare to anything else. Love: sleek stainless steel design, ability to choose temperature and see the progress to the desired temperature, capacity. The only thing that this was missing but not a huge issue was an alert when the water reach’s the set temperature. It just turns off so you need to watch the time. I will definitely be using this over and over again!

Great Kettle with Temperature Control!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like that this electric kettle has temperature control. With previous kettles, my water always got too hot and it would take awhile for my tea to be an appropriate drinking temperature, with this kettle I can set it to the desired temperature and it is perfect! I set it to 80 degrees Celsius and waited for it to finish. (It makes a noise when it is done, almost like an elevator sound). I then made a mug of hot chocolate and was able to drink it right away! I have 2 small critiques: 1. I wish the fill window (where you can see how much water is in it) wasn’t right behind the handle. It is fine and it works but I wish it was more prominent on the side. 2. I wish the top opening was a little bigger. I want to only use filtered water from my pitcher filter but the smaller opening makes it easier to miss and spill some water down the side. Overall, I really like this kettle and will definitely be using it a lot!

You can select the heating level, this is very convenient for preparing baby food (for example, powdered porridge needs to be diluted with water of a certain temperature). And the design is also cool. The metal body gives the device solidity and durability. The price is affordable for any family.

Fast kettle but hard to clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted an alternative to boiling water on my stove and wanted to try this electric kettle out. When I first unboxed it, I liked the sleek design, it was simple to use and intuitive. However, when I went to wash it for the first time (ensuring the bottom stayed dry), I could not fit my hand and sponge inside the opening. Since I have harder water in my house, I need a way to be able to scrub the inside. Once washed and dry, I tested boiling about a liter of water and that took about 4 minutes from pressing the power button until it automatically turned off. Setting the water temp was easy but the gauge is only in Celsius so that is something to keep in mind. The fill gauge is a little hard to see on the side but I could still tell how much water was in there. Inside the kettle, it seems like there’s a filter of some sort, maybe to keep any tea bags or other items inside the kettle but I only use it for water so it’s not a useful feature for me. It’s a little noisy with the pinging noises and the sound of water boiling but that’s expected. Overall, fast and efficient but I hate that I can’t clean the inside of it.

Heats up water fast

I’ve never had one with temperature control and this is great because sometimes I need just hot water and not boiling water, and this feature is amazing. The water literally heats up in 1 minute, no more waiting impatiently for water to boil on the stove.

An electric kettle that does the job and looks go

You can set the temperature anywhere from 50 c (122 f)to boiling. It is stainless steel and appears to be good quality. This is great for boiling water for tea especially during these cold winter months!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stainless steel KitchenAid electric kettle not only works great it looks beautiful on my counter top. I love all the features! It has a light up and easy to use precise temperature control. Water boils so fast and it tuns off at the temperature I choose!! I like that is has a see through water level window so I can see at a glance how much water is in the kettle. My favorite feature is the built in and washable limescale filter that is easily accessed in the spout . It’s a great design and lets me quickly boil the exact amount of water I need !

Lid Poorly Made

Looks great and heats up nicely but the lid is terrible. Most days I have to pry it open since the button doesn’t release. Wish they would have made a more quality lid design.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
