Everything that I had hoped for in a toaster!!!

There's no "perfect" toaster out there, but this one comes pretty close! I'm going to answer questions that I had, but didn't know the answers to until I received this toaster. 1) The toaster is an ivory or cream color and not white. (Which was a win for me!) 2) I would consider this a 'cool touch' toaster, but if you toast consecutively, the sides will get warm, but not hot-hot. (another win). I'm replacing a Breville toaster and I feel that the toasting results on this Kitchenaid are superior to my Breville. I'm including photo's - I set the toasting level high, but aborted the cycle when I saw that the toast was brown. The bread side facing the inside got a bit darker - I only had one slice of bread in the toaster at the time, so I'm not sure if that affected the result. Overall, I'm definitely NOT disappointed! Hope this helps.

Beautiful Toaste

Great design, variety of toasting options and easy to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toaster is great, it has unique features unlike your typical toaster. Options include a a level to select your desired shade of toast instead of the usual dial. There are also separate options if you want to toast a little longer which definitely avoids burning your toast. The toaster has extra wide slots which makes toasting large items such as bagels waffles etc. easier. The toaster also has a an individual toasting setting for hot dog buns and the ability to defrost baked items.
The levers allow more control to obtain the desired shade of toasting. The crumb tray is well designed for durability and releases with a push tab unlike the usual flimsy crumb trays that cannot be removed. The tray is easy to clean so there is no build up of old crumbs that may burn and cause the toaster to smoke overtime.
The design of the toaster will compliment any kitchen decor and is small and compact so it does not require a lot of counter space.
I like that it is also not stainless steel so cleaning fingerprints etc are not a problem.

Perfectly convenient!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This KitchenAid two sliced toaster is simply perfect for me. I love the color of it. It’s like a pearl, white and so elegant in my kitchen counter. It looks so sturdy, but it’s very elegant. I love how I have the perfect control of how my bread would be and the temperature. And finally, my husband who loves bagels can also use this because of the extra wide slot. All in all my whole toaster had to go because this is just what I want. There is no question of whether this is worth it because it is worth every penny when you buy one.

The best toaster ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love KichenAid, and while I had high expectations for this toaster, I did not expect to love it this much. The design is nice. It looks good sitting on the counter. It is easy to use, and the user guide is very clear. The best thing is the performance. I can toast bagels or chibatta rolls as easy as sliced bread. The function for frozen products is great, and I love the 'little bit more' option. I never thought I would be excited about a toaster, but here I am.

Toasting done fast and evenly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am the owner of three other brands of toasters, and this Kitchenaid brand is hands down the fastest with toasting. Our bagels were toasted evenly and with lightening speed. I am not new to the Kitchenaid brand, as I own 3 of their immersion blenders and 2 stand mixers, so I knew the quality would be there for sure. I also love the neutral color, as I am not a bold colored person. It goes great in any deco theme. My one suggestion would be, it would be nice to have a 4 slice version for a bigger household if there already isn't one. Thank you, Kitchenaid and Influenster, for allowing my family to try out this magnificent toast. Oh! Did I mention all of the different types of bread settings? That's awesome!
