Fantastic High Quality Product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this as a monthers day gift for my wife as she is loving her smoothie making and she absolutely loves it. I used the FREE engraving to write a lovely message marking the occasion and year too which was an amazing added extra. We wanted a very quiet blender (which is hard to come by) and this one certainly ticks that box. It also has a very sturdy and strong construction, not cheap and nasty like many other brands. The controls are also very simple and user friendly

I’ve always been scared of blenders but this one is different. Set it and forget it functions mean I can step away knowing my smoothie will be ready when I get back. It’s a lot quieter than ones I have used before and only takes seconds to blend! Absolutely love this product. I use it everyday for my protein smoothies.

The design is sleek and modern while also looking gorgeous on my countertop it is also quite heavy but with the power it boosts I am not surprised but it’s not just about looks. This thing performs.
Whether I’m making smoothies, cocktails, baby puree or crushing ice, this blender handles everything with ease. The motor is powerful and steady, and the blade system blends even the toughest ingredients into a perfectly smooth consistency. I love the control dial and preset options—they make it so easy to get the exact texture I want every time.
What really stands out is how sturdy and well-built it feels. It’s not loud or clunky like other blenders I have used. And cleanup is a breeze just a quick rinse or blend with soapy water and it’s good to go again.
If you’re serious about blending and want something that delivers consistent results with zero hassle, this KitchenAid blender is 100% worth it. It’s quickly become one of my favourite kitchen appliances!

Not safe

I have owed this product for about four years and use it a few times a year at most, yesterday while making a smoothie within seconds it began smoking and smelled like it was burning. The blades at the bottom had melted and
bent up into the blending jug. The base is ripped up and
the outside of the jug looks melted as well. Bits of black plastic went up into the smoothie mix. Scary to think the blades could have come out if it had been used for a few more seconds.
