[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pastry beater attachment is a good quality attachment as I expected for my amazing itches aid mixer.
It’s easy to attach and detach. It’s heavier than I thought, but it’s a quality piece. I used it for pastry making dough and it worked very well. I definitely enjoyed not having to use my wrists and hands as much. I highly recommend this piece as an additional attachment if you bake a lot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an absolute must if you have this type of mixer. I made so many things using this attachment and was not disappointed. It is heavier but, it is stainless steel so it is to be expected. I love that it comes with the scraper it made it easier to get the dough off of the beater. I totally recommend to anyone that has a mixer like this. This is definitely the attachment you didn't know you needed.

The most important part of my appliances.
This beater comes in handing for mixing and folding a lot of ingredients.
Very easy to clean and doesn’t take up a lot of space to store

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really surprised this blender works as well as the hand held pastry cutter. I thought the smooth edges wouldn’t chop the butter enough but it plows through and makes it a fine size. Less work. Also it’s a really heavy attachment. Way sturdier than the standard paddle. Cleans easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this KichenAid Stainless Steel Pastry Beater for my wife and she loves it! Its a vey solid beater, and my wife found that there was no heat transfer when she beated pie crust batter with it (so she didn’t have to worry about the butter melting). It also came with a scraper that works better than any spatula, and the pies she has made with it thus far have been delicious! 5 Stars KitchenAid!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This item is awesome. I have made so many things already. My favorite thing I made that this worked great on was cinnamon honey butter. It broke the butter up perfectly. But it works great for pastry dough also!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great attachment for light whipping and swirling but not so much for blending. I like using this with boiled chicken and it shreds the chicken up really nice for like chicken casserole or chicken salad.
