I love this toaster. It toasts evenly every time. If the setting for each side are the same, they both pop up at the same time. I love this thing! The only downfall is the exorbitant price tag. WAY too expensive.

We bought this to replace an earlier model we have had for twenty years. We loved it so much just couldn't replace it with anything else.
