Almost great TV

I have owned this TV for almost 2 months. The overall picture has been terrific for colors, blacks, resolutions, etc. The first BIG negative for me is the refresh rate of 60Hz. As the settings are out of the box some motions in pictures (not all) can be very jerky. Maybe I have not found the correct setting yet to correct this. The other big annoyance is no LAST CHANNEL on the remote to flip between two programs. That function is almost a given on any remote these days. These two deficiencies have me looking for another replacement TV after two months.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very pleased with this TV. Great resolution, sound it's very good. My only issue is with the colors. I am not good with the new technology and have a little problem with them. Tried different things and not getting a better result.
Over all we love the TV. Great picture, good color and good sound. The only thing is the remote control. There is no directions on how to set it up. I called Trch support to get the remote programmed so the picture comes on when you turn on the power switch. I’ll have to do it again to get some other things connected to the remote.
Really like the picture , the remote is a bit busy for us , & not really understanding all of the smart TV 's abilities . Believe it will take some time to learn .
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The color and contrast of this tv is awesome. Best tv I have ever owned. The set up was very easy. This smart tv basically set up itself. It recognizes and connects to my other components ( cable box, blue ray disc player and sound bar). Managing my streaming subscriptions were equally easy to setup. Again the color and quality of picture is great.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This should have been a plug and play product. But the setup support was horrible. Turns out I needed some special code to get it to work correctly which was nowhere to be found. After 3 days and wondering if I had a defective TV, I finally broke down and called support (the number was hard to locate) and spend 30 minutes on the phone. Plus the remote is hard to use. And you have to go through 3 or 4 steps just to get to a locale station you want to watch.

Sound keeps going in and out it also goes into a week noise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been apart of the LG family for a while now and I haven't been let down at all. This continues with the purchase of my 55in QNED tv. The picture is incredible, every aspect of dark/light are amazing. These guys definitely took their time improving this technology. I especially love the fact that you can adjust the sound for a mounted TV. This brings another level to watching sports.
