it's my first foldable and last one from samsung.

5-month-old Samsung Flip 7, always in a case, never dropped. Inner screen cracked along the crease during normal use. Even the original inner screen protector is NOT scratched at all, but Samsung still called it “physical damage” and refused the 1-year warranty, asking $356 to fix it. Very disappointed.
