Switched from Apple to the flip and I'll never go back. You can customize everything and make it suit your personality. Camera is good. Os is easy to use.
I purchased the phone less than a month ago and now having technical problems. Screen will not wake until three tries, my screen will black out if I bend ever so slightly, screen will turn white or green occasionally.

I've been using the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 for a month, and unfortunately, the bottom half of the screen turned black. I had to use the warranty to get a replacement. While the phone’s design and features are impressive—especially the compact foldable form factor—this experience makes me concerned about its durability. The replacement process was straightforward, but I’ll be keeping a close eye on the new device to see if the issue reoccurs. For anyone considering the Z Flip 7, the performance and style are great, but I’d recommend keeping the warranty handy

To ensure your new device remains in top shape, we recommend keeping your software updated to the latest Android 16 and One UI 8 and using a protective case with a hinge guard. I knew trading my S23 Ultra would be a step down, but this phone is a complete disappointment. It has a horrible lag problem it overheats regularly with any combination of apps, charging or not charging. The landscape videos have 2 large black bars on either side. And yes I know why, it just wasn't mentioned in any reviews.Odd. You can see a visible crease and you do feel the hinge. If it's your first Flip it takes some getting used to. The one feature that does standout is the fingerprint sensor on the side button. That's the plus for me. I've had Samsung phones since the S3 including the note 4 the note 7 for a short time, S21 and an S23 Ultra, all great phones, well you know what happened to the note 7. They were all great phones until now. This is my experience with this phone, yours maybe different. For me it's a not recommended. What really amazes me is they knew this when they offered it for sale.
