I've been using the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 for a month, and unfortunately, the bottom half of the screen turned black. I had to use the warranty to get a replacement. While the phone’s design and features are impressive—especially the compact foldable form factor—this experience makes me concerned about its durability. The replacement process was straightforward, but I’ll be keeping a close eye on the new device to see if the issue reoccurs. For anyone considering the Z Flip 7, the performance and style are great, but I’d recommend keeping the warranty handy

Hello, Niko! We are sorry to hear that the display on your new Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 experienced a black-out so early. We understand that while the foldable form factor is impressive, concerns about the longevity of the flexible OLED panel are natural after an incident like this.
We are glad you were able to get a warranty replacement. To ensure your new device remains in top shape, we recommend keeping your software updated to the latest Android 16 and One UI 8 and using a protective case with a hinge guard. Should you notice any changes in the display, please don't hesitate to contact us or visit your nearest store.
I just don't think I quite realized how Samsung is all the same no matter what phone you get. It's just not my favorite system and I honestly should have went with the iPhone. But if your a Samsung fan then it's a great phone!!! It has cool features and the camera is great. My son loves watching videos on it because you can just fold it like a stand and you don't have to hold it to watch things. It's not a bad phone im just not a Samsung person.
Great phone I've been waiting for 2 years sense my phone Galaxy Note 20 5G been paid off. I been looking at all the flips/folds out from Samsung to Google & Motorola. I knew Samsung was most likely gone be it and so far so good.
