A great phone I can’t use anymore

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Z Flip7 was a phone I genuinely liked. The design felt right in my hand, the hinge was solid, and the whole experience fit into my routine in a way most phones don’t. It was reliable, comfortable, and honestly the kind of device I expected to keep for a long time.
Then the main screen failed. Without the extended protection, I couldn’t replace it, and the phone became something I could no longer use. I ended up switching to another flip style device, but it doesn’t carry the same ease or familiarity that is quintessentially Samsung.
I still have the Flip7. I haven’t been able to get rid of it, even though it’s not functional. There was a lot I liked about it, enough that it’s hard to just let it go. It’s a strong phone with one fragile point, and once that point gives out, there’s nothing more you can do but move on
Excellent phone. Working well with no issues setting it up and transferer data from old to new phone. Love the bigger screen on the front cover. Highly recommend.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Pleased with phone upgrade!

Samsung has done it again and so glad I upgraded! Phone's battery life is first improvement. Loving the larger screen and front display with add'l features. The sleek foldable design with strong and solid hinge continues to impress. Of course, the camera and videos remain pleasantly clear with ease of use. Having the longer battery life has allowed me to enjoy the performance of my new phone for extended periods. Selecting a phone color within the family of my favorite color green was also a plus
It's great compact phone with along lasting battery. I couldn't be more pleased.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Perfect for Small Pockets + Galaxy AI Changes All
on November 29, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy Flip 7 is hands-down one of the most convenient phones I’ve ever carried—especially if you’re someone who basically lives in leggings, joggers, or jeans with tiny pockets. When it’s folded, the Flip 7 slips into women’s small pockets with zero struggle. No awkward corner sticking out, no pocket bulge, no “is this going to fall out?” anxiety. It finally feels like a premium phone that was designed with real-life practicality in mind.
But the portability is only half the story.
The real star is Galaxy AI, and it absolutely rocks. Whether I'm summarizing long texts, editing photos, translating conversations on the fly, or using the hands-free camera features, Galaxy AI makes everyday tasks feel smoother and smarter. It’s fast, intuitive, and feels like having a personal assistant built right into the phone.
Pair that with the bold colors, sturdy hinge, crisp display, and unique Flex Mode, and the Flip 7 is honestly one of the most fun phones to use. If you want something stylish, pocket-friendly, and incredibly smart, the Galaxy Flip 7 nails it.

Mostly Great
on December 2, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 is a nice change from a normal slab phone. Gives you a few features that feel cool, and gives you a slightly different experience than the usual regular phone. I do like that O can customize the majority of it, however Samsung messages is very limited with customization, and Google messages you really can't customize much. So that's a big frustrating. So far the only complaints or things I don't love about the phone is the aspect ratio on a lot of things is weird, so apps look too zoomed in. Also the camera isn't great, but more than that it's very limited on the editing options as well, even using the Galaxy ai features.
