After 5 years if my Samsung Galaxy S20+ I wanted something different than an block Samsung Galaxy phones. So I got the cool Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 and it. I'm planning on keeping it for 5 years and hope it lasts just like other phone does.

The Flip 7 folds down to the size of a mint box, easily slipping into my pocket. Yet, when unfolded, it reveals a large, vibrant HD display that rivals top-tier smartphones. The creased center is barely visible or felt, a huge improvement that makes it feel seamless. The dual front-facing cameras paired with the outer screen give creators a high-quality viewfinder for content, no more relying on weak selfie cams.
Customization is where Android shines. From lock screens to widget placement, theme tweaks to multitasking panels, this phone feels truly mine. Samsung’s One UI, paired with Galaxy AI, opens new levels of accessibility and productivity. I’m excited to use Galaxy AI for efficient work, creative storytelling, and academic writing to support me through my dissertation and doctorate program.
Yes, adjusting to life outside the Apple ecosystem takes effort, but the freedom and power of the Flip 7 outweigh the familiarity I left behind. It’s a bold, futuristic device that proves compact doesn’t mean compromise. For now, I’m glad I flipped, literally—and hopeful for what comes next.
