Its most notable upgrade is the significantly larger 4.1-inch "FlexWindow" cover screen, which is now capable of running full apps, making it far more useful than its predecessors. The main display is bright and vibrant, though the crease is still visible.
Performance is handled by the new Exynos 2500 chip, which is fast for daily use but may run warm during intense tasks. Battery life is a major improvement, with a larger 4,300mAh battery that can last a full day. The camera system has a much-improved 50MP main lens, but the lack of a telephoto lens and the performance of the other cameras can feel like a compromise.
Overall, the Z Flip 7 is a stylish and compact phone that is fun to use, with the added benefit of Samsung's new "Galaxy AI" features and a long-term commitment of seven years of software updates. It's a great choice for those who want a unique and portable device, but buyers should be aware of the trade-offs, like the still-present crease and relatively slow charging speeds.

So Much Fun!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm going to focus this review on the cool things that this phone can do that no other phone can do.
I really like the built-in stand for taking selfies, group photos, and video calls. The ability to hold up your hand and get the timer countdown is really cool. Folding the phone in half and putting it on your desk to take a video call and setting it at the right distance so that your framed in the picture perfectly is great.
There was one night when it was really dark and I had the haul a lot of items a longer distance what I did is I turned on the flashlight and I clipped the phone to my pockets it basically turned into a hands-free flashlight.
I had to take a video while using both hands, so what I did is I set up the phone like a little tripod, propped it up, and then took the video while still having full use of my hands.
My favorite Galaxy AI feature is the translate capability. I feel like it's something out of Star Trek. You can put the phone between 2 people and hold a simple conversation and it uses the outer screen to display what I am saying. So cool!
To remain objective there are a few negatives that I don't like about the phone. I wish there was a super zoom lens so that I can zoom in closer. Also the way that my hand rests on the phone, I find myself trying to do the back gesture right on the hinge, that's kind of annoying.
More than anything this phone is a departure from the boring slab phones that are all over the place. It's so much fun!
