[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 is a nice change from a normal slab phone. Gives you a few features that feel cool, and gives you a slightly different experience than the usual regular phone. I do like that O can customize the majority of it, however Samsung messages is very limited with customization, and Google messages you really can't customize much. So that's a big frustrating. So far the only complaints or things I don't love about the phone is the aspect ratio on a lot of things is weird, so apps look too zoomed in. Also the camera isn't great, but more than that it's very limited on the editing options as well, even using the Galaxy ai features.

Can't change font color on status bar

Very disappointed in this model compared to my old Samsung Flip 4. It is wider than my old model, which I don't like. The biggest issue that I have with the Samsung Flip 7 is that you can't change the font color on your status bar. It only displays as black and it blends in the darkness on my wallpaper so I can't see what it displays. Highly disappointed in this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Flip 7 Design, Better Cameras and performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently bought the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7, and it has been a great experience so far. The design is one of its strongest points — it feels solid, premium, and the hinge is smoother and sturdier than previous generations. When folded, it’s compact and easy to carry, and when opened, the main display is bright, sharp, and easy to see even outdoors. Performance is excellent. Apps open instantly, multitasking is smooth, and the phone doesn’t heat up like some other foldables. Samsung also improved the battery this year, and it finally lasts noticeably longer than the Flip 5 and Flip 6. With normal use, it easily gets through a full day. The cameras were a pleasant surprise. While it’s not a photography powerhouse, it captures very good photos in both daylight and low light. The Flex Mode is especially useful for recording videos or taking hands-free selfies by simply placing the phone on a flat surface. The speakers also sound clearer and louder. The only downside is that, like all foldable phones, the inner screen still has a slight crease, although it's much less noticeable now. Samsung has done it again and so glad I upgraded! Phone's battery life is first improvement. Loving the larger screen and front display with add'l features. The sleek foldable design with strong and solid hinge continues to impress. Of course, the camera and videos remain pleasantly clear with ease of use. Having the longer battery life has allowed me to enjoy the performance of my new phone for extended periods. Selecting a phone color within the family of my favorite color green was also a plus
